Elemental Bodywork Sessions are for those looking to relieve stress and pain on the physical level. Using therapeutic techniques including deep massage, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching and range of motion, Erica works intuitively to release the physical elements of the body to create ease. Dynamic cupping and hot stones are incorporated at no extra cost. Erica creates her own shea butter based essential oil mixtures for deep nourishment.

Grounded in the mindful application of yogic science, be guided into the body and senses to discover the holding patterns that are ready to unravel and reveal pathways to deep healing and relaxation.  An intuitive light touch modality that includes the use of guided mindfulness practices and sound (singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes) to support a deep connection with one's True Self beyond judgment or dogma.  Longer sessions include time for sharing, teaching and individualized guidance. Ideal for those recovering from anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD or for those wanting to deepen their understanding of Self.
